• Creating accounting software to generate financial statements. We are currently discussing the change in the financial world for funds that do not create there own financial statements and hire other firms to perform the task.  By providing this service to these funds we are creating cost savings to the client and giving the client the ability to edit and understand the process by which the financial statements are created.

• FAS 157 and FAS 159 and their effect on impairments given the current market environment. We are currently reviewing several ideas on this front. We have in the past entertained impairment systems and implemented them across platforms to assist clients in accounting for impaired securities. However the current market environment is asking for fair value every time the security is marked. Given the current market volatility the system would call for daily market rates, daily credit ratings and cash flows.

• Software that can work both front office and back office functions. Handle multiple tasks and perform up to the minute distributions and receipts of commands from multiple users.
